Coleccionismo y contemplación estética del juguete

Abstract

El coleccionismo de juguetes es un detonante de experiencias estéticas como la contemplación, que propicia remembranzas de la infancia y adolescencia en la historia del coleccionista. La recolección de las piezas no sólo recrea el momento histórico en tanto recuerdo, la búsqueda también promueve una experiencia en sí misma apuntando a perpetuar el afecto investido cada ocasión en que las piezas son contempladas. En los mercados especializados de juguetes no sólo se ofrecen los artefactos, también la nostalgia investida en las piezas; la provocación de ver y tocar, aunado a las sensaciones de asombro son marco de la contemplación de piezas, así la experiencia estética al parecer no está sólo en la pieza, sino también en el proceso implícito en la adquisición.

The collecting of toys is a trigger for aesthetic experiences such as contemplation, which fosters childhood and adolescence remembrances in the collector’s history. The collection of the pieces not only recreates the historical moment as long as I remember, the search also promotes an experience in itself aiming to perpetuate the affection invested every time the pieces are contemplated. In specialized toy markets, not only artifacts are offered, but also nostalgia invested in the pieces; the provocation of seeing and touching, together with the sensations of astonishment are the framework of the contemplation of pieces, thus the aesthetic experience apparently is not only in the piece, but also in the process implicit in the acquisition.
