Efecto de la NMX-C-460-ONNCCE-2009 sobre el Comportamiento Térmico en Viviendas de Interés Social en Clima Templado Sub-Húmedo

Abstract

ONNCCE-2009 “Industria de la Construcción - Aislamiento Térmico - Valor “R” para las Envolventes de Vivienda por Zona Térmica para la República Mexicana - Especificaciones y Verificación” en viviendas de interés social para clima templado subhúmedo. Si bien, es conocido el beneficio que genera el incremento en el valor R en las envolventes de edificaciones en climas extremos sobre la demanda de enfriamiento y calentamiento, se busca generar conocimiento sobre el comportamiento térmico de la envolvente y la habitabilidad térmica de estas viviendas en un clima templado, donde el uso de la climatización artificial es menos generalizado. Además, se estudian, a través de simulación térmico-dinámica, dos sistemas constructivos empleados en la zona del Bajío, que aun en cumplimiento de la norma, presentan variaciones significativas en su desempeño, los resultados de este estudio complementan la información técnica disponible para la toma de decisiones en su implementación. En el caso base se observó una oscilación de temperatura operativa de 7ºC, mientras que los dos casos con aislamiento evaluados presentaron una oscilación de hasta 2ºC.

This study evaluated the effect of the obligated implementation of the NMX-C-460-ONNCCE- 2009 “Construction Industry - Thermal Insulation -” R “Value for Housing Envelopes by Thermal Zone for the Mexican Republic - Specifications and Verification” in social housing for temperate subhumid climate. Although the benefit generated by the increase in the R value in building envelopes in extreme climates on the demand for cooling and heating is known, this research seeks to generate knowledge about the thermal behavior of the envelope and the thermal habitability of these homes in a temperate climate, where the use of artificial air conditioning is less widespread. In addition, two construction systems used in the Bajío area are studied, through Building Energy Simulation, which, even in compliance with the standard, present significant variations in their performance, the results of this study complement the technical information available for decision-making in their implementation. A temperature oscillation of 7ºC was observed in the benchmark case, while the two cases with insulation evaluated presented an oscillation of up to 2ºC.
