Cambio versus cultura organizacional

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente texto es una aproximación a aquellos factores de la cultura organizacional que frenan el cambio. Primero se hace una breve descripción contextual del reto que el análisis organizacional. Más adelante se expone una serie de conceptos que pretenden definir en las organizaciones para llegar a la identificación de los valores establecidos y hablar de algunos rasgos conocidos y aceptados. Se menciona el cambio como estrategia para identificar rasgos culturales que limitan el desarrollo o la evolución en la organización. Abstract: This text is an approach to those factors that hinder organizational culture change. First a brief contextual description of the challenge is organizational analysis. Later a number of concepts that are intended to define the organizations to reach identifying the set values and talk about some known and accepted features exposed. the change is mentioned as a strategy to identify cultural traits that limit the development or evolution in the organization.
