Abstract

RESUMEN: La globalización y el cambio, dos fenómenos que van de la mano y que inciden, cada vez más, en todas las esferas de desarrollo de la sociedad, tienen que ver con los trabajos aquí presentados. Este ambiente cambiante, lleno de oportunidades y amenazas va configurando la historia pasada, presente y futura de las organizaciones y las personas que las conforman. En la revista numero 25 los autores tratan de dar reflexiones y casos que nos ayuden a comprender a la política pública, la forma de capacitar a los trabajadores, los nuevos aprendizajes organizacionales, el caso de la quiebra de Banco Serfin, las razones porque falla el aprendizaje organizacional y como debe ser las relaciones con los clientes, entre otros muy interesantes. ABSTRAC: The globalization and the change, two phenomena that go of the hand and that affect, increasingly, in all the spheres of development of the society, have to see with the works here presented. This changeable environment, full of opportunities and threats is forming the past, present and future history of the organizations and the persons who shape them. In the magazine I number 25 the authors try to give reflections and cases that they help us to understand to the public politics, the way of qualifying to the workers, the new learnings organizational, the case of Banco Serfin's bankruptcy, the reasons because it trumps the learning organizational and since it is necessary to be the relations with the clients, between very interesting others.
