También se estudiarán, a través del análisis teórico-dramático correspondiente al género del teatro del absurdo, la naturaleza abstracta de los personajes creados por el autor de manera despersonalizada, animalizada y degradada –como alegorías de la sociedad y su histeria colectiva– en su segunda obra, La paz de la buena gente, escrita en la Ciudad de México en 1967 y estrenada en 1980.This article outlines the creative style and artistic trajectory of Mexican playwright Oscar Villegas. The abstract nature of the characters in his second play, La paz de la buena gente (Good People’s Peace) (Mexico City, 1967/1980), is analyzed from the perspective of the Theater of the Absurd.
