Se obtuvieron cuatro catalizadores, variando la relación agua/alcóxido (0.5 y 8) y aplicando ultrasonidos (250 y 1000 kHz, con una potencia del 80%). Cada uno de los catalizadores fue caracterizado mediante microscopía electrónica de barrido (SEM) y espectroscopía UV-Vis DRS. La actividad de cada catalizador se evaluó poniéndolos en contacto con el colorante Black 5, partiendo de una concentración inicial de 5 mg/L.The main objective of this work is to analyze the structure of titanium dioxide to determine the characteristics that this type of photocatalyst must possess to accelerate the degradation of dyes.
