  • Diseño gráfico y arteterapia en el manejo de emociones
(Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, Unidad Azcapotzalco, 2025-05) Vázquez López, Irene Jehosabet
This research project is a contribution to how drawing not only serves as a traditional technique in the development of proposals or projects through sketching, but also how, through art therapy, it can become a method for managing the negative and overwhelming feelings experienced by young university students. University offers the opportunity to prepare for the working world; however, without a proper schedule or adequate management of emotions or feelings, the university experience could be overshadowed. But more than using art therapy to understand and express those feelings through drawing, it can also support social skills, that is, being able to establish relationships with other people by showing good behavior. Through graphic design and art therapy, graphic alternatives are created that not only inform about how stress and anxiety affect the psycho-emotional health of students at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, unidad Azcapotzalco, but also promote art therapy through exercises that help reduce negative feelings that arise in the moment.
