Desde la semiótica: Si una noche de verano dos viajeros. Símbolo, signo y metáfora

Abstract

El título Si una noche de verano dos viajeros, juega (el juego será en este texto un elemento fundamental) con dos obras emblemáticas en una reunión celestial: Sueños de una noche de verano de William Shakespeare y Si una noche de invierno un viajero del gran Ítalo Calvino, de origen italiano. Se trata de una pareja la que establece el nodo de este trabajo, son dos viajeros, y es verano porque estarán desnudos, así este escrito transitará por diversos momentos que tienen que ver con el arte, con la creación, estableciendo fundamentalmente un criterio desde la semiótica con relación al signo y al símbolo. El propósito es ubicar a éste en el contexto del arte como un hecho pregnante, porque nos encamina al misterio y al pensamiento que tendrá que discernir sobre el sentido de la obra.

The title If one summer night two travelers, play (the game will be in this text a fundamental element) with two emblematic works in a heavenly meeting: Dreams of a summer night by William Shakespeare and, the other by the great Italian Italo Calvino, whose work is If one winter night a traveler. As it is a couple that establishes the node of this work, they are two travelers. And it is summer because they will be naked, so this writing will pass through various moments that have to do with art, with creation, but fundamentally establishing a criterion from the semiotics in relation to the sign and the symbol. The purpose is to place it in the context of art as a pregnant fact because it leads us to the mystery and thought that will have to discern the meaning of the work.
