Abstract
In this work, four materials of Metal-Organic Frameworks (HKUST-1, FeBTC, ZIF-8, and ZIF-67) were synthesized, which were combined to obtain two-hybrid materials (Fe@CuBTC and ZIF8@67). Different percentages of magnetite were incorporated in hybrid materials were to obtain multifunctional materials that could interact with various pollutants and increase their removal capabilities compared to materials in a pristine state. The materials were characterized through the techniques: X-ray Diffraction, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy, Raman Spectroscopy, Energy-dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy, Scanning Electron Microscopy, Nitrogen adsorption-desorption, and analytical determination of the isoelectric point.
