La primera crisis de la globalización.
Resumen
RESUMEN: El artículo hace referencia a la crisis que ocurrió en México, y como distintos países de América, Europa e incluso Asia tuvieron afectaciones en sus distintas bolsas de valores. Todo esto a la globalización, ya que habría menos importaciones, e incluso migración hacia el país vecino del norte. Por esta razón, Estados Unidos se vio en la necesidad de crear el Tratado de Libre Comercio, lo cual le permitió usar a México para dar salida a sus inventarios acumulados y así poder reanimar su industria manufacturera sobresaturada y poder reactivar la economía un poco. Los gobiernos de los países involucrados deben aceptar expresamente que la crisis de México representa un peligro real de crisis mundial, cuya solución no depende sólo de este país, sino de todos, por lo que conjuntamente deben hacerse cargo de la situación y aportar los medios económicos que se requieren y de los cuales se disponen.
ABSTRACT: The article refers to the crisis that occurred in Mexico, and how different countries of America, Europe and even Asia had affectations in its different stock exchanges. All this to globalization, since there would be fewer imports, and even migration to the northern neighbor. For this reason, the United States saw the need to create the Free Trade Agreement, which allowed it to use Mexico to vent their accumulated inventories in order to revive its manufacturing and supersaturated to revive the economy a bit. The governments of the countries involved must expressly accept that the crisis in Mexico is a real danger of global crisis, whose solution depends not only of this country but of all, so that together should take charge of the situation and provide the financial means required and which are arranged.
