El aprendizaje organizacional: el estado del arte hacia el tercer milenio

Abstract

A lo largo de este artículo los autores hacen un registro exhaustivo sobre las actuales tendencias de pensamiento en torno a la idea del aprendizaje organizacional, uno de los conceptos claves de la teoría moderna de las organizaciones. Para ello cuentan con bibliografía abundante y actualizada que el lector interesado en el tema puede consultar posteriormente. Teniendo como telón de fondo el próximo cambio de milenio y, consecuentemente, la urgencia de generar conocimientos que hagan más suave el enfrentamiento del hombre con el caos provocado por las actuales tendencias globalizadoras, los autores se proponen contribuir a favorecer la comprensión de un concepto tan complejo como lo es el de aprendizaje organizacional, que ha sido analizado desde diversas perspectivas, mismas que tocan los autores para brindar un amplio panorama de un fenómeno organizacional tan controvertido y notable en el momento actual.
